Why are you retiring Reservise?
Reservise is 10 years old. Playmore is its successor, built from scratch by the same team — faster, more modern and actively developed. Instead of patching the old system, we're moving you to a better one.
Will I lose my bookings, customers and history?
No. We move your bookings, customer base, pricing and history to Playmore. Our team does the migration — you rewrite nothing.
Will my subscription go up?
By moving to Playmore you keep your current subscription — unchanged, even though you get a far more capable system. From September the old system's pricing will rise, so by migrating earlier you simply lock in your existing price.
How much work is on my side?
Minimal: we book a short slot, we move the data, and we check together that everything works. Our team handles the rest.
What will my customers experience?
The switch is seamless — your customers keep booking, with no interruption to the club.
What exactly happens on 1 September?
After 1 September 2026 Reservise stops being available, so it's worth wrapping up the migration earlier. If you need more time — we'll arrange an individual timeline. We leave no one without a system.
I won't make it by 1 September. What then?
