For the owner - morning briefing

Payments report

All payments over a period of up to 7 days: cash, card, transfer, online. Statuses, the age of unpaid receivables and an hourly revenue breakdown - daily cash control.

For the front desk and managers

Online payments

Transactions from the website and app: the amount from the client, the service commission and the net amount paid out to the facility's account. Check how much came in while you were away.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export the reports to Excel?

Yes. Excel (XLSX) export is available in, among others, the bookings report, occupancy zones, no-show patterns, repeat no-shows and the integrated report. The daily report can also be downloaded as a PDF - ready to print or send to the owner.

How fast can I prepare a summary for the accountant?

The integrated report builds a monthly summary of all the facility's payments in a single Excel file (XLSX): revenue from bookings and passes, commissions and the net amount to be paid out. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.

Will I see which clients don't pay or don't show up?

Yes. The unpaid bookings report shows outstanding amounts with their value and the number of days since creation, and the repeat no-show report shows clients with the most incidents and lost revenue. Based on this, you decide whether to block bookings or require prepayment.
