Challenger is a challenge ladder for squash, tennis, padel and badminton. A player has a reason to come back every week: their ranking position, new opponents and a deadline to play the match by. You do none of this by hand.

A lower-ranked player challenges a higher one - within the allowed range, e.g. up to 7 positions. A win swaps their places. Every match has stakes.
Players do everything themselves
Challenge, match time, entering the result - all in the app. Nobody calls the front desk to arrange a league match.
Walkovers without argument
A deadline to play the match - once it passes, an automatic walkover. An uncontested result confirms itself after 48 hours.
SMS and email on every event
Challenge, deadline, result, warning - the player gets a notification right away. No one can say they didn't know.
Enforced opponent rotation
After a win and a loss there's a cool-down before playing the same rival again - players don't keep bouncing off the same names. New rivals, new thrills.
The league never goes quiet
Inactivity and no-shows have a cost: a warning, then a drop in position. Player going away? They request leave (min. 7 days) and no one can challenge them then.
